Innovation and Discovery spotlights courageous innovation and discovery, showcasing how individuals with the courage to challenge the status quo can drive positive change through creativity, ingenuity, and boldness. Transforming Rage into Courage shares stories of individuals who have transformed their anger and frustration into courageous actions, harnessing their emotions for positive social impact and transformative change
The Courage Project Mission
To equip young adults with the courageous leadership, tech fluency, and real-world skills they need to thrive—and lead—in a rapidly changing world.
We believe every young person has the power to shape the future of work, community, and justice. Our mission is to ensure they’re prepared to do just that—with courage, confidence, and community behind them.
WHAT WE DO
The Courage Project, a registered 5013c offers a transformative, cohort-based experience for young adults (ages 16–29), especially those facing systemic barriers. We blend leadership development, workforce readiness, and tech innovation into one bold, human-centered journey.
Participants move through an immersive program anchored in the Navigating Courage Framework, developed by Dr. Robin Martin—a nationally recognized leadership expert with over 20 years of experience in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and human-centered executive development. The framework challenges traditional leadership models by centering four powerful pillars:
